Our app is a companion to our website, www.fatimanursingcare.com. It displays our website content (services, blog articles, shop) inside the app and provides quick navigation to contact us via WhatsApp.

• Contact & booking information — when you fill in a contact, booking, or job-application form on our website (for example your name, phone number, city, and the service you need), that information is sent to us so we can respond to your request.
• Messages you send us — if you contact us through WhatsApp or email, we receive the content of your messages.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or files. The app does not access your device's camera, microphone, or storage.

3. Information we do NOT collect

• No advertising SDKs are embedded in the app.
• No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs are embedded in the app.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Standard web-hosting logs (such as IP address and pages visited) may be recorded by our website hosting provider as part of normal server operation.

• respond to your enquiries and booking requests;
