Medical Disclaimer: Our services are home nursing, patient attendant and physiotherapy support. They are not emergency medical care and are not a substitute for a hospital, doctor or ambulance. Always consult a qualified doctor for medical decisions. In a medical emergency, call an ambulance or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
1. Our Services
Fatima Home Nursing Care provides trained home-care staff across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Hyderabad, Pakistan, including:
- Home nursing (certified nurses and nursing assistants).
- Patient attendant / caregiver support.
- Physiotherapy sessions at home.
- Elderly, post-surgery, paediatric and palliative home-care support.
2. Bookings
- Bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp and are confirmed only once we message or call you back with confirmation.
- Please provide accurate patient details (condition, address, required timings) so we can assign suitable staff.
- We try our best to accommodate preferred timings, but availability depends on staff schedules in your area.
3. Membership Plans
- We offer annual membership plans priced between Rs 5,000 and Rs 20,000 per year, depending on the plan selected.
- 7-day refund: you may cancel your membership within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no membership benefits have been used.
- You can cancel your membership at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. After cancellation, no further benefits apply.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Service charges are confirmed at the time of booking and depend on the service type, city and duration.
- Payment is made as agreed at booking (for example, in advance or on completion of the visit), by cash, bank transfer or mobile wallet.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- To cancel or reschedule a booking, please message us on WhatsApp as early as possible.
- If staff have already travelled to your location, a visit fee may apply.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, respectful working environment for our staff.
- Inform us of any change in the patient's condition that affects the care needed.
- Follow the advice of your doctor regarding medicines and treatment; our staff follow the care plan agreed with you and your doctor.
7. Limitation of Liability
We take care to assign trained, verified staff. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any single booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
